PR Manager


  • 2-4 years experience in the PR/marketing/media space, agency or client-side, in the Philippines
  • A personable and presentable character
  • An exceptional communicator – have ability to communicate at the highest level both written and verbal on a global scope
  • A comprehensive network of PR contacts and the ability to establish new ones
  • Previous experience and in depth knowledge of PR best practice, as well as evidence of direct responsibility for PR planning and execution
  • A keen interest, passion and understanding of traditional media and online techniques including social media (blogs, forums etc).


  • Oversees the writing of articles by writers according to client’s publicity plan or request.
  • Writes and revises drafts for press releases.
  • Prepares approved press releases for seeding.
  • Edits and proofreads articles by writers on a regular basis.
  • Prepares publicity plans for clients as required or assigned.
  • Strategizes the dispatch of press releases to appropriate sections of print media.
  • Ensures the publication of articles in the appropriate media vehicles.
  • Establishes and strengthens relationships with print and broadcast media constantly.
  • Builds and updates media database (profiles, birthdays and contact numbers) regularly.
  • Up to date with changes and goings on in different media circles.
  • Invites media and represents clients during at events when required.
  • Seeds PR articles to newspapers and publications weekly
  • Does media rounds weekly
  • Attends client briefings on certain media events.
