Job Description:
The Social Media Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that boost brand visibility, drive engagement, and support digital marketing goals. This role involves content creation, influencer collaboration, campaign management, and data-driven analysis. The ideal candidate is creative, strategic, and deeply familiar with evolving social media trends and digital marketing practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective social media and influencer marketing strategies
- Create engaging and on-brand content for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including posting, scheduling, monitoring, and responding to engagements
- Plan, launch, and manage paid digital campaigns across social platform
- Analyze performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with internal teams to align content and messaging with broader marketing and brand goals
- Identify and liaise with influencers for brand partnerships and campaigns
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, algorithm changes, and best practices
- Prepare regular reports that provide insights, recommendations, and campaign results
Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
- Digital Marketing and Marketing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of analytics and data interpretation
- Experience with social media analytics tools and digital marketing software
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field
Previous experience in social media management, digital marketing, and content creation will be beneficial for this role.
