The Associate Strategic Planner is responsible for supporting the development of marketing, PR, and digital strategies that align with client objectives. This role requires a curious and analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to turn data and insights into actionable ideas that drive campaign success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing, PR, and digital strategies for clients.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor data to inform strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and develop actionable strategies.
- Support the creation of detailed reports and presentations, presenting findings in a clear and impactful way.
- Help manage the implementation of strategies to ensure they meet client goals and KPIs.
- Monitor the performance of campaigns and gather insights to optimize ongoing efforts.
- Assist in managing client relationships, providing updates and recommendations as necessary.
- Work closely with creative teams to ensure the strategies align with the client’s vision and objectives.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in the PR and Digital Marketing industry, preferably in a strategic planning role.
- Excellent knowledge of marketing communications, PR strategies, and digital marketing trends.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with the ability to approach problems in innovative ways.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and strategies effectively.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and familiar with digital analytics tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with media agencies or PR firms is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and content management tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing client needs.
