The AIM coordinator is responsible for managing brand activations and influencer partnerships to enhance brand visibility, engagement and loyalty. This role requires a strategic and creative mindset, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of brand activations, events, and influencer campaigns
- Assist in developing promo ideas and below-the-line marketing initiatives
- Research and identify relevant KOLs and influencers; assist in outreach and coordination
- Liaise with suppliers, partners, and influencers to ensure smooth project execution
- Help oversee on-ground activities during events and activations
- Monitor campaign progress and assist in compiling performance reports
- Maintain good working relationships with clients, KOLs, and internal teams
- Stay updated on marketing and influencer trends to support campaign strategies
Qualifications:
- A degree in marketing, mass comm/advertising, or PR-related course.
- At least 1 years experience in promo and events and influencer marketing
- Able to participate in the conceptualization and development of promo, event, influencer marketing, and other below-the-line efforts for clients
- Able to lead and supervise a team during events
- Excellent in coordinating and negotiating with suppliers, potential partners, sponsors and other organizations/entities for the projects
- Excellent interpersonal communications
