At seventeen, in human years, you wouldn’t even be old enough to vote or drink.
In Stratworks years, it’s a fun, frenetic, fantastic ride through intoxicating challenges and discoveries, awesome inspirations and triumphs, and awards, awards, awards. So our 17th year anniversary celebration couldn’t just be a timeline-tracing of the Stratworks journey from humble beginnings to one of the country’s most awarded agencies. It had to be more than that.

We latched on to what always worked for us: We’re here to serve and we’re here for each other. This was brought to life by our apron-clad mancom and excom working as aproned wait staff throughout our anniversary feast. Digital Analytics Specialist


• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business or any related field
• Atleast 1 year relevant experience in communications or marketing
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills; strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize projects with multiple and often competing deadlines
• Strong knowledge and experience with Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Expertise with WordPress and Google search and web analytics tools such as Adwords, Adsense and Google Analytics
• Experience in content strategy and/or copywriting is a plus

Job Description:

• Provide data analytics, modeling, and performance tracking including comprehensive reporting and strategic analysis

Digital Sales Lead & Manager

Motivated and passionate persuader who thinks on his feet and can offer media solutions to various advertising clients.

What you’ll do:

  • Contact potential and existing clients to provide advertising, promotions and sponsorship  opportunities
  • Manage a client base and ensure clients’ needs are provided for and build a strong relationship with them for the long term.
  • Develop and update an in-depth understanding of the industry, with regular analysis of competitive activity to identify opportunities for new products and revenue streatms
  • Work closely with editorial and production teams to provide relevant information and ensure clients’ materials are placed on time and on spec.
  • Maximize sales revenues, grow the client portfolio and achieve given quantitative and qualitative targets.
  • Keep accurate records and provide regular reports on sales, contacts and opportunities.


What you need to qualify:


  • Have at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.
  • Preferably 1-3 years experienced employees specializing in Ad Sales, Digital Marketing, and the like.
  • Strong sales background with good network of corporate clients, with a track record for establishing excellent client relationships

Media Relations Officer

A communications professional who will assist in the delivery of effective and proactive PR plans to the right media channels

What you will do:

  • Assist in the development and delivery of public relations plans, moderating communications between the agency and its clients and the various media outlets such as newspapers, magazines, radio and television stations, online sites and bloggers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with journalists and other key media on regional, national international levels.
  • Maintain and enhance media network in all areas of interest.
  • Research, draft and distribute media related materials, including but not limited to press releases, media advisories, backgrounders, fact sheets, etc.
  • Conduct regular media rounds and press visits to distribute press releases and pitch stories (once or twice a week)
  • Media event inviting and facilitation, management of interviews and product reviews
  • Providing and managing measurable standards and report mechanisms, both quantitative and qualitative, to track media relations coverage.
  • Providing timely fulfillment of media requests.
  • Conduct media briefings for clients to be featured in any press release or interview
  • Identify relevant opportunities for clients in the regional and local news agenda

What you need to Qualify:

  • College degree holder in Communications, Marketing, Advertising or equivalent.
  • At least 2-3 years working experience in media relations in a PR agency or corporate position, with a track record for delivering successful PR campaigns
  • Good network of press contacts
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; excellent listening skills
  • Proactive and detail oriented, agile thinker who can respond to opportunities quickly
  • Confident communicator, can build relationships internally & externally

Content Writer

What you’ll do:

  • Conceptualize stories for the editorial calendar
  • Write and revise drafts for website content
  • Develop other creative materials that includes, but is not limited to:
    • Advertorials or sponsored posts
    • Press releases
    • Strategic and creative PR campaigns and events

What you need to qualify:

  • Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Advertising/Media, Liberal Arts/Humanities, Linguistics, Mass Communications or any equivalent
  • Fresh graduates with good academic and extra-curricular records; at least 1-2 years of work experience in a related field of work will be an advantage
  • Highly skilled in writing clear, concise and grammatically-correct copy
  • Deadline-driven, works well under pressure and can multi-task within a fast-paced environment
  • Internet-savvy with eclectic interests and excellent research skills
  • Ability to edit their own work and adhere to strict quality guidelines
